Seagram’s 100 Pipers is ‘Now Funding Tomorrow’

The Seagram's 100 Pipers "PLAY FOR A CAUSE" platform has led the way in advancing causes that have a good influence on society over the years, bringing the brand's fundamental promise of "Be Remembered For Good" to life in an immersive way. In collaboration with the AROH Foundation, 100 Pipers' "PLAY FOR A CAUSE" initiative this year commits to a greener future by promising to plant 1 million trees over the course of a year. This historic initiative was introduced on April 22, Earth Day, by 100 Pipers. In addition, 100 Pipers adopted cutting-edge technology and introduced India's first environment-themed NFTs for tree planting under the name "Now Funding Tomorrow."

On April 22, 2022, 13 highly sought-after NFTs designs with the topic "Tree Plantation for Environment Conservation" went on sale through the platform at https://ngagen.com/100pipers. And within 10 minutes of introduction, all 13 NFTs were sold out.

The AROH Foundation will get the proceeds from the NFT sales, and a percentage will also go toward the bigger Tree Plantation programme.

To further raise awareness of the importance of tree plantations, the company also unveiled a distinctive digital campaign. The audience has been urged to take on the role of Chief Tree Officers (CTOs) by taking part in the NFT sale in order to not only increase their collection but also increase the number of trees. Ten trees will be planted for each unique NFT brand, and two trees will be planted for each uncommon NFT.

Seagram's 100 Pipers believes in leadership of thinking and creativity, according to Kartik Mohindra, Chief Marketing Officer, Pernod Ricard India, who expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative. Music festivals hosted by Play For A Cause are important marketing experiences that embody the motto "Be Remembered For Good." By promoting tree planting and eco-regeneration in two distinctive methods this year, Play For A Cause hopes to connect with young people even more deeply.

Beginning with Earth Day 2022, 100 Pipers and the AROH Foundation will collaborate closely to plant 1 million trees in India over the course of a year. In a first for India, 100 Pipers has taken advantage of modern technology like NFTs to advance this cause and reinforce the message with the next generation. Our first batch of NFTs sold out in less than 10 minutes due to the incredible feedback we've gotten. Being dedicated to the cause, we'll shortly announce a second NFT drop.
